Retail Associate
(Part time/ Full time)

Working hours:
Main Shift: 8.30am to 5pm (with half an hour lunch break)
Evening Shift: 12pm to 8.30pm (with half an hour dinner break)

Location: Tiong Bahru 58 Seng Poh Road #01-21 Singapore 160058 (Opposite Tiong Bahru Market)

Job description:

  • Be a brand ambassador and exude the brand's values (excellent service and quality) to everyone who enters our store
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of our clothing materials, cut and fit to answer to customer's queries
  • Keep the retail space clean and tidy
  • Cashiering and closing duties
  • Organising and replenishing the stock in our storeroom
  • Pack and fulfil of online orders
  • Create a wonderful environment for our customers to shop in!

 Who we're looking for:

  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
  • Passionate about fashion and fond of First Stitch's style and offering of clothes
  • A team player who's able to work well with others
  • A self-starter who takes initiative to do what's best for the store and customers
  • Have some experience in any customer-facing roles in a retail environment
Creative Intern

Working hours: Flexible

Location: Remote working, except during meetings and photoshoots/events

Job scope:

  • Content planning, creation and execution of marketing campaigns for First Stitch
  • Assist in productions (e.g. conceptualising and planning for photoshoots, preparing set design and styling)
  • Assist in post-production work (e.g. preparing photos for online catalogue, updating website content for new launches)

Job requirements:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software, in particular Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro
  • Love creating content
  • Organised and have an eye for details and aesthetics
  • Strong command of English - both spoken and written
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and is enthusiastic about helping the brand grow!
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
